Soil :	Clay-limestone
Wine making method :	Straight pressing followed by a cold stabilization (around.6°C) of three days to gain aromatic intensity and smoothness. Debourbage and natural temperature increase. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (between 16-18°C) Maturing on fine lees, then fining, filtration and bottling at Clos Gautier by ourselves
Tasting :	Lovely shiny pale robe with straw tints, very expressive nose on white fruits aromas,(peach, apricot) with a floral touch. Well balanced in mouth, the structure goes well with the touch of acid drops. The flavours remind the nose, with a touch of mandarin peel. Fresh final and long lasting aromas.
