Campé d'Enroch Red - IGP Var Argens

De-stemming, soft crushing, alcoholic fermentation
around 26,28° C, maceration of 6 days to have a light structure and to keep
the red fruits flavours.
After the wine has been drawn off, and the malolactique fermentation occured,
maturing in stainless steel containers during 4 months, fining and aeration.
Light filtration, and then bottling on the premises by ourselves.

Ruby shiny colour, a nose with intense red and black fruits aromas,
black-currant mainly.
The mouth is round, with a light structure, very pleasant. We find the same
black fruits flavours, with hints of jam.
The stucture is well balanced, and the wine is round.
Ready to be drank.
