Wine making method :	Straight pressing followed by a cold stabilization (around.6°C) of six days to gain aromatic intensity and smoothness. Debourbage and natural temperature increase. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (between 16-18°C) Maturing on fine lees, then fining, filtration and bottling at Clos Gautier by ourselves.
Tasting :	Very beautiful pale pink. On the nose, dominant notes of red fruits and white flowers. Elegant and gourmet mouth, beautifully highlighted by a beautiful acidity. This aromatic and complex wine will be the ideal companion of your aperitifs, as well as all your gourmet dishes.
